Warranty Policy

Our commitment at OceanDevil is to you, the angler.
We apologize for the inconvenience of a broken rod and are committed to get you fishing again.
You are buying a high quality and performance rod, please note that these rods can or will break if not taken care of, used over the recommended specifications, abused or negligence.
While OceanDevil can guarantee the quality and performance of the rod, we cannot be responsible for the well-being of the rod.
This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod/blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. 
This warranty does not cover fire, theft, missing rod sections, intentional breakage, wear and tear, modification or customization of the finished rod, or damage during the assembly of a blank into a finished rod. 
Warranty coverage on OceanDevil  blanks does not extend to any custom work or components added to the blanks. 


OceanDevil requires all broken or damaged rods or blanks to be returned for inspection unless, otherwise the rod or blank is lost or missing. 
 

All of our rods are either imported from manufacturers in Japan/overseas or sourced from a wholesaler, as such, warranty differs from location to location.

Please note that recipients are responsible for return and outbound shipping.

OceanDevil  Warranty Policy
Rods sold with OceanDevil Warranty Diablo King Slayer  are covered for 100% with a period of 1 year against defects in workmanship and materials. 

OceanDevil reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any OceanDevil product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.
Successful rod warranty applicant will be required to pay zero fee  in order to receive a new rod or comparable models when necessary.

 

Sales receipt or proof of purchase are required.
Please note that recipients are responsible for return and outbound shipping.
Sale or discounted items do not qualify for returns or warranty.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
With your original invoice or receipt, and Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) completed, send the box back to us via insured mail to the address listed below.
Returns for other than warranty issues will be subjected to a 15% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be accompanied with sales receipt or proof of purchase, unused, in undamaged original packaging and in resaleable condition.

 

Shipping cost for return merchandise will be at buyers care.
Customers can also choose to have a store credit voucher, we will generate a voucher for your usage for your next order.
Sale or discounted items do not qualify for returns or warranty.

For Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted with 14 days of purchase. 
With your original invoice or receipt, and Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) completed, send the box back to us via insured mail to the address listed below. All returned merchandise for exchanges must be accompanied with sales receipt or proof of purchase, unused, in undamaged original packaging and in resalable condition.We will send in-stock items to you immediately and contact you if there are any additional related charges to the new items ordered.
